Mediation

Work with a seasoned mediator to reach mutually acceptable agreements in a neutral and supportive environment.

Mediation is an informal negotiation between spouses, facilitated by a neutral third party trained in helping couples with respectful communication. Parties can participate in mediation with or without the assistance of an attorney. Because the parties negotiate and create their own resolutions, this method also usually results in more durable agreements than litigation.

Schedule an Initial Family Law Meeting to discuss whether mediation is the right process for your divorce.
